Data Deletion Request

At SaraBoost we care that you stay in full control of your data. When you want the data belonging to your account and to the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account you connected deleted, you can make the request in the following ways.

1. Removing the Meta connection

When you press the “Remove connection” button in the app panel, the encrypted access tokens for your Meta account are deleted from our systems immediately. After that SaraBoost can no longer reach your ad accounts.

2. Deleting your account entirely

If you want all of your personal data (account details, conversation history, business profile, generated creatives and usage records) permanently deleted, send a request from your registered e-mail address to support@saraboost.com. Your request is actioned within 30 days at the latest, and you are informed once it is complete.

3. What gets deleted?

Your account details, your encrypted Meta access tokens, your conversation history, your business profile, the ad copy and visuals we generated and your usage/cost records. Data we are legally required to keep (if any) is retained for the period the relevant legislation requires and then deleted.

4. Deleting through Meta

When you remove the SaraBoost app's access from your Facebook account settings, Meta sends us a deletion notification and the related data is removed from our systems.
